If I could give them a -10 I would. These guys are a rip off. They have a smug attitude on the phone and only care about the almighty dollar. Instead of calling when the car was not accepted at the dealer they towed to, they towed it to thier Sparta facility without (me) the owners permission and then charged me $80 to get it out. I have AAA and could have had it towed for FREE. Now my windshild wipers are missing. I wonder what else they took off the car? Don't trust them! Thier customer service sucks, thier attitide sucks, and so does thier service. I will NEVER use you again and am making a formal complaint to AAA as well.
