Spectrum Health Integrated Care Campus at Rockford at 8501 Meadow Creek Drive, Rockford, Michigan.

The only reason I can't give the Rockford urgent care a 5 star rating, is that I was not in and out in 15-20min.
That would be the perfect world though and we all know that isn't happening. Rockford is going to be my go to urgent care facility from now on.

Very disappointed in this doctors office! Extremely disorganized. Beforescheduling our appointments to establish a doctor we were told our insurance was covered and in network. Dr. Holt was also a listed provider in network on BCBS site. 6 months later we received a bill for the full amount and were told that we were out of network. I spoke to many people before and after our appointments asking about bills and copays. We were told that our insurance covered the visit and no copay was owed. I also scheduled a sick visit, paid my copay and at no point was told we were out of network and would owe more. It is horrible that a doctor can drop a type of insurance plan without notifying you and even go out of their way to tell you you’re visits were covered when in fact they weren’t!
