I just wanted to say that Dr. Carl Stites and his team offered outstanding World class customer service. After having to deal with Grand Rapids Ophthalmology’s horrible health care services, I decided to get my Eyes checked for a 3rd time and I am sure glad I did. Dr. Stites was attentive and listened to what I had to say. He ran me threw the entire process himself to make sure everything was spot on. I did not have to have some tech assistant do 80% of the work and miss something. It really feels good to have a doctor patient relationship that means something especially in a day and age when that seems to be the rarity. I would highly recommend Dr. Stites and his team as your primary eye care doctor as he exemplifies an extremely high level of professionalism on all levels which carries over to his excellent professional staff.
